Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through the Content Engine website at content.vivifiedtech.com. Content Engine is a product of Vivified Tech (vivifiedtech.com), based in Thailand.
What we collect
The contact form asks for two things: your email address and your website address.
The form also contains a hidden field that people never see or fill in. It is an anti-spam check, and a submission where it has been filled in is rejected.
When you send the form, the email we receive also includes the time of the submission, the page you came from (the referrer) and your browser's user agent, which are sent to our server automatically with the request.
How your details reach us
When you submit the form, our server sends an email to [email protected] through Resend, an email delivery service. The email contains your email address, your website address, the time you submitted the form, the referrer and your browser's user agent. Your email address is set as the reply-to address, so we can answer you directly.
The website does not store form submissions in a database. Your details reach us only as that email.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry about Content Engine. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.
Service providers
Resend and Cloudflare are third-party service providers that process data on our behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts this website (Cloudflare Pages) and delivers it to your browser.
- Resend delivers the email that carries your form submission to us.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not set cookies itself. If you use the dark mode toggle, your choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage under the name "theme", so the site remembers it on your next visit. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it in your browser settings.
Fonts, videos and links
The site's text font, Open Sans, is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google's servers when you open a page. The example reels on the home page are hosted on this site; they are not embedded from Instagram. Some links, such as "View on Instagram", lead to Instagram, an external site with its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives people rights over their personal data, and we will handle your request with that in mind.
